Think Of Your Body As An Ocean

The ocean covers 70 percent of the earth. Likewise, our bodies are also 70 percent water. Our bodies need hydration every day because water is the principal constituent of all body fluids, is essential for proper metabolic functioning, and is necessary to flush toxins. Dehydration is a major cause of accelerated aging. You want to stay hydrated by drinking half of your body weight in ounces of purified water every day.

The Pursuit of Happiness is the Right of All Americans

Last week I wrote “How I Got Happy—Ten Steps that Might Work For You.” But I’m not exactly done with that subject. Over the course of the last sixteen years as I wrote books on health and developed my health program I’ve come to realize that my mission is not about “health” but about happiness. Being healthy is being happy. Without your health, it’s very difficult to feel happy.
