YOUR MISSION

Nancy YogaIt’s the day after Thanksgiving and millions of Americans are waking up like boa constrictors digesting a large animal. We say to ourselves that we won’t repeat that binge again this season, but most will fail. Today I’ll talk to Joanne McCall about ways we can survive the holidays without gaining too much weight and without damaging our health.

The best way is to start is with a goal. Create a mission statement for yourself. My mission is to live a happy and fulfilled life, care about my body, the planet, and women’s issues.

Think about what your life mission is.
